It was such a pleasure working with Katherine. I don’t think I can express my thanks to her enough for all the “above and beyond” help she provided. We were forced to move our mother from her condo in Las Vegas, to a memory facility near us in California. Afterwards, we needed to sell her condo to help pay for her care. Trying to clean up my mother’s home and sell it from another state, while we were trying to get my mother settled seemed like a daunting task. I was lucky enough to find Katherine randomly online, which is something I never normally would have done. I just wanted to get a professional opinion on the value of the home and see if everything could be accomplished with limited trips out of state. From our very first emails, she was wonderful, understanding and helpful. She met my husband at the condo while he was up there on a work trip and she could not have been a nicer person. She said she would take care of getting the furniture and items we were not taking donated to a Veterans charity for us, which she did (plus more). After we went in and did a basic clean up and packing of the house, she arranged for and over saw the carpet cleaning and she did quite a bit of cleaning herself. There was one large item, that was important to my mom, that we wanted to bring back to California, but we were not sure we could arrange it in time. On her own, Katherine went and found instructions on how to disassemble it and then offered to drive it down to us when she came on her next trip to California, which she did...I couldn’t believe it. It was such a wonderful gesture. All of this plus she was amazing with the sale process. She got the condo sold in about 1 week, above asking and was extremely patient and helpful with the entire process, she made it so easy for us, while getting us a great deal. I am not a usual review writer, and I know this one does not go far enough in explaining haw awesome Katherine was, I just know that I cannot recommend her enough to anyone else who is lucky enough to employ her as their relator.

A true partner! Katherine got our Dad's condo cleaned, carpets washed, toilet repaired, and so much more. We lived across the country and she was easy to worth with. And during COVID! Open houses too. A true partner, you will be blessed to do business with her.

Time and time again, Katherine exceeds our expectations as we buy and sell homes with her. She helps us price our purchases right, create a budget for our repairs, direct what repairs will bring value and manages the crews to get it done.
